    Description

    This is a set of 3 Williams Sonoma mini pocket pie molds. There is an apple, a circle, and a star.  These molds make it easy to whip up mini pocket pies at home. Start by using the rim of the mold to cut the pastry dough (there is a recipe on the back of the package).  then arrange the dough inside the mold. Fill the inner pocket with jam.  Brush the edges with egg wash, close the top to sea and crimp your homemade pies.  Whether you bake or deep-fry your pastries, you'll end up with terrific tiny treats for parties, snacks and lunch boxes.  They can be hand washed.
