Vintage Halco Stainless Steel Double Sided Restaurant Straw Dispenser. Works on both sides. Just push on lever and straw rolls out. Fill dispenser by removing side panel. Preowned and has some rust and scratches. One side has some rust on lever and is uneven, and it must be pushed down a little more than other side. Measures approximately 5.5" tall x 10" wide. Needs good polishing. Good vintage condition.
