    this unit is very well built, it is housed in an extruded aluminum case, it has a new battery pack and power x-former. it has been tested and is shipped to the lower US48 all others please email me for a quote all electronics are sold as is.
    this is the last one I have, I have to charge a bit more for this one because the battery pack and charger is new. A manual is included but it is of a different model but covers many functions of this one.
