Starboard Ocean 2400 Foil Hydrofoil  Wingsurfing, Beginners/Heavy Riders

Starboard Ocean 2400 Quciklock - WingSurf Wing hydrofoil- beginner foil/big boys. Condition is "Used".
I used this to learning wing foiling.  It may be used for SUP Surf foiling.  Light winds/heavy riders/beginner foil.  I weighed 220 when I started with this set up.  I am at 195 now and it still rides well.
