    Unit is completely operational and will come with a current cal cert.
    If you need option H01 or a 11683A that will properly work with the E4418/19 and the N191x series power meters, I can supply you with that also.  The older 11683As are too noisy to be used on the more sensitive ranges of the newer power meters which is why Keysight modified the 11683As in the late 90's for lower noise on the output.
