Taoist Breeze gongs are hand lathed, not machine lathed. Because of this, they will have an artisanal quality to them.
On a warm day, atop a hill, with the Sunlight falling down atop you, you look out over the valley of life. You see the shadows from the hill stretching out below you. Let the Leeward breeze carry you down the Path, along the Way, on the rising and falling of the rhythm of the great journey of being. Like a Wind Gong, it sings and flutters, with brightness and harmonics. The unlathed portion of the gong adds depth and complexity to the overall sound.
