From my personal collection: I took a rare and great pie, a 22" K Custom Ride, and had a cymbal smith remove the brilliant finish, lathe the bottom (except bell), then give it a hand hammer treatment! So now you have this great sounding ride, hammered both by machine AND hand, opening up more than ever before! No more anvil-like sound! Just beautiful stick articulation and warm, musical tone, with the same meaty bell!  Heart and soul is what you have here. A good cymbal, perfected!
