21" Zildjian CUSTOM Project 391 Ride - Ultra Rare and Improved!

From my personal collection: I took a rare and great pie, a 21" Project 391 Ride, and had a cymbal smith hand hammer the top and lathe the bottom (except the bell). The hand hammering, combined with the machine hammering, really improved the feel. Cymbal seemed stiff prior to. The tone is much more pleasant. Made it more complex. As for the lathing beneath the cymbal, I removed the gonginess, opened up the spread a little, while keeping the meaty bell in tact. A good cymbal, perfected! 2,836 g's
